These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of segcee.com and any services offered by segcee. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

Service Description

segcee operates an information website through which you can review the repair services and make an enquiry. The site does not offer online checkout. The precise scope, price and timing of a repair are agreed separately in writing after diagnosis.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to request or approve a repair service.

Pricing and Approval

We provide a written estimate after diagnosis. Any repair begins only after the customer approves the scope and price in writing. The estimate states any applicable tax and service terms.

User Conduct

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to breach its security, not to submit false information, and not to interfere with any other user's use of the site.

Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and code on this site are owned by segcee or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, segcee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer right you have under the law of Germany.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the law of Germany. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after we publish a new version constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
